The best way to reduce lead time on your project is to obtain a quote. If you’re facing an emergency or need to expedite a project, we’ll work with you to get your job done right.
Submit the online Request for Quote form. Upon receipt, our technical services manager will contact you with more information, including a cost estimate, in one business day.
Please enclose the following documents when you send your parts to Bales:
This information will provide all the instructions we need to finish your job on time. The more specific instructions you give us, the fewer questions we have to ask, and the quicker your job will hit our shop floor.
Send your parts to Bales with the documents above included in your shipment. If no further follow up is needed to process your job, you will receive a sales order acknowledgment email within 24 hours. We know the value of your parts and won’t begin processing until we have all the critical information needed.
